      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Product Management Consultant in Consumer Cloud and Platform Management Services as part of Consumer Data and Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. You will serve as a lead business analyst enabling foundational cloud capabilities and delivering on use cases for Consumer Data Products.       In this role, you will:

      • Serve as Product Owner/Lead business analyst that will work with Consumer line of business teams to define and understand requirements for use cases that can be migrated to cloud (GCP)
      • Define foundational capabilities that are required for use case execution in cloud (for example, data ingress/egress patterns, data quality, test data management, etc.)
      • Analyze and understand on-prem capabilities that exist (metadata capture, data quality, etc.) and determine how they will transition/extend to cloud
      • Collaborate with Consumer data technology and central GCP cloud platform teams to prioritize delivery of foundational capabilities
      • Leverage understanding of cloud native capabilities and products/services to provide guidance to team/management
      • Communicate use case business value, cloud capabilities and overall cloud roadmap to leadership in a clear, concise manner
      • Lead complex data product initiatives, including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participant in large-scale planning driving data enablement and capabilities across platforms and utilities
      • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term data product initiatives that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors to drive data enablement strategies and roadmaps, while adhering to set data governance and standards
      • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of data, analytics, and integration needs of line of business partners to inform prioritization, roadmap, and architecture design, that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
      • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to ensure data product solutions are built for optimal performance and design analytics applications across multiple platforms, resolve data product issues, and achieve goals; may lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
      • Provide strategic input on new use case intake, prioritization, product roadmap definition, and other critical business processes
      • Manage complex datasets continuously focusing on the consumers of the data and their business needs, while adhering to set data governance
      • Create and maintain data product roadmaps throughout the data product life cycle with detailed specifications, requirements, and flows for data capabilities
      • Design and maintain innovative data products, enabling data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting
      • Serve as a strategic liaison between data management, product teams, data engineering, and architecture teams throughout the data product life cycle

      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • 3+ years of cloud transformation or cloud delivery experience
      • 3+ years of data product management and Agile delivery experience. Consulting experience a plus.
      • 3+ years of project experience demonstrating excellent SQL, data profiling and reporting skills
      • Strong leadership skills to manage work activities and team members in dispersed geographies and time zones
      • Expertise in banking data sets (for example, products, accounts, customers, transactions, etc.) a plus

      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
      • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

      Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards.

      Pay Range

      Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

      $111,100.00 - $197,500.00
