What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, including customer segmentation and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to perform end-to-end analysis and deliver effective presentations of findings
- Establish and maintain effective performance tracking, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing tests
- Manage multiple priorities while communicating business performance and project progress to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and printers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
