What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, including customer segmentation and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to perform end-to-end analysis and deliver findings to leadership
- Establish and maintain performance tracking to identify improvement opportunities and implement tests
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate project progress to management and business partners
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, or related areas
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform tasks in an office setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Previous experience as a product-aligned data scientist
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Familiarity with payment products
