What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to conduct end-to-end analysis and present findings to leadership
- Establish and maintain performance tracking, identifying improvement opportunities and designing tests for strategy optimization
- Manage multiple priorities while communicating business performance and project progress
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling
- Ability to operate office equipment and perform duties in an office setting
- Proven skills in effective communication and presentation of analytical findings
