      Design Lead - LabVIEW

      Job Summary
      The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design team, establishing design standards, and contributing to the design strategy. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of design efforts with business goals, driving innovation and excellence in automated testing system design. (1.) Key Responsibilities
      1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Understand Business Objectives And Integrate Design Thinking Into Labview-Based Automated Test System Development.
      2. Lead A Team Of Designers, Providing Technical Guidance And Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions Aligned With Business Goals And Labview Best Practices.
      3. Present Design Concepts And Strategies To Stakeholders Using Labview Prototypes, Gathering Feedback To Inform Design Iterations.
      4. Establish And Maintain Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices For Labview Applications, Ensuring Consistency And Quality Across All Design Efforts.
      5. Stay Updated On Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies Relevant To Labview And Automated Test Systems, Driving Innovation And Enhancing Design Methodologies.Skill Requirements
      1. Strong Understanding Of Labview And Its Application In Automated Test Systems.
      2. Proficient In Design Methodologies And Frameworks, Particularly In An Engineering Context.
      3. Familiarity With Hardware Integration And Performance Testing Within Labview Environments.
      4. Basic Knowledge Of Project Management Principles To Support Design Project Execution.Certification
      1. Optional But Valuable: Labview Certified Developer (Cld) Or Labview Architect (Cla) Certifications.
