What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines to automate application delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance DevOps practices and improve security posture
- Foster a culture of collaboration between development and operations to streamline processes
- Utilize scripting languages and programming knowledge to develop automation tools
- Exercise independent judgment in decision-making on complex technical issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- 3+ years of experience automating software delivery processes and collaborating with quality engineering and security teams
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub) and branching strategies
- Strong scripting skills in languages like Python or Shell scripting, with knowledge of programming languages such as Java or JavaScript
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container management
- Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus or ELK Stack
