- Experience with community relations will be valued

Education - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field or equivalent experience (4 years)

Position Summary
The Lead Director, Aetna B2B Provider Marketing Strategy, will work with the Executive Director to develop and execute effective marketing plans for improved provider experience. This role will manage projects from conception through tactical execution and measurement against KPIs.
This role focuses on supporting provider and health care marketing strategies across the Aetna businesses to increase brand consideration, affinity, and ultimately business growth in an increasingly diverse marketplace. The focus will be on all lines of businesses (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Individual) within Aetna.
This lead director will partner across marketing and internal stakeholders to leverage marketing opportunities within health care providers, hospitals, and doctors, and provide integrated and executable recommendations to deliver on business challenges.As Lead Director, you are creating new provider marketing channels, developing differentiating positioning and content, and driving decisions about our marketing strategy and marketing mix across platforms, local presence, and activation teams. You must be an innovator and a change agent with a passion for B2B client-centric, needs-based marketing. You will be responsible for the creation, development and delivery of data-driven marketing programs and campaigns.
The Lead Director and team members will collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to bring our B2B strategies to life through impactful marketing content, assets and programs that improve provider and member experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
