      What you’ll do:

      • Manage and grow our North America relationships with digital publishers and SSPs across channels

      • Gain a deep understanding of The Trade Desk platform and lead Inventory -focused projects that improve customer experience and drive growth

      • Collaborate and support internal TTD business teams and other Inventory team functions to encourage a unified approach to publisher management, marketplace quality, and operational efficiency

      • Lead a small team of Inventory Managers by acting as a point of escalation, handling day-to-day management, goal-setting , career path development, and maintaining a high level of performance to develop the next generation of leaders

      • Support inventory partners directly by providing data-driven s olutions for commercial, product, and operational improvements

      • Liaise with the Technical Account Management team to strategize and prioritize technical adoptions with partners

      • Work with Product Management to help define features, drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform, and comply with industry standards and governmental regulations

      • Attend key client meetings as a subject matter expert

      • Monitor internal workflows and produce creative approaches to streamline process and close organizational gaps

      • Listen to and become an expert on all new supply-related industry topics, such as new channels and devices, header bidding, SPO, identity, privacy regulations, etc.

      Who you are:

      • BA/BS and 10+ years of online advertising experience required

      • Experience working with publishers, DSPs, ad exchanges, SSPs, ad servers, and/or other optimization platforms

      • Proven track record of building partnerships by forging a strong relationship with vendors and clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies

      • Ability to collaborate cross functionally with many teams and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced start-up environment

      • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with top notch organizational skills

      • Ability to lead initiatives and people that drive business outcomes from inception to completion

      • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

      • Experience presenting complex concepts to both business and technical teams

      • Solid knowledge of the IAB specs and guidelines

      Our Compensation and Benefits ( f or NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)

      At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is

      $147,000 -$269,500

      In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
