      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, organize, and lead department activities, including project planning and human resource management
      - Explain and discuss products, benefits, and services to stakeholders
      - Coordinate and monitor distribution channel activities to meet performance standards
      - Identify and execute additional field training needs for product enhancement
      - Lead office and broker visits to support product sales and organize group meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong experience and extensive knowledge of Dental and Vision Group Insurance products
      - At least 4+ years of Group Insurance experience
      - Proven ability to build relationships with sales personnel
      - Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      - Ability to travel up to 35% of the work period and possess a valid driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of competitors' products and positioning
      - Management experience within a team environment
