What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, configure, implement, optimize, maintain, and support complex clinical systems
- Conduct analysis of clinical workflows and develop system adoption strategies
- Provide advanced analysis and documentation for clinical applications
- Formulate logical statements of business and management problems for configuration of clinical applications
- Provide solutions to complex problems related to clinical applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of related experience
- Experience with Epic MyChart and other healthcare applications
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills in Epic MyChart
- Ability to manage multiple activities and projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant application certifications, particularly in Epic MyChart
- Project management experience
- Clinical informatics experience
- Experience with documenting workflows using Microsoft Visio
