What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical leadership for the Value Stream Engineering Optimization Team in the Intimate Care & Facial sector
- Drive the development and execution of OEE plans for manufacturing assets and coordinate onsite action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, and mill operations to improve overall efficiency
- Maintain expertise in industrial software, drives, and controls while ensuring compliance with corporate policies
- Lead initiatives in corporate safety, quality, and sustainability while supporting human resources development policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years of related technical experience in mill and staff environments
- Proven ability to establish effective cross-functional networks at an enterprise level
- Subject matter expertise in electrical and controls technologies, including Rockwell controllers and drives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead technical teams and projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience with UCTAD, C-TEC, and LDC technologies/platforms
- Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor personnel in subject matter expertise
- Experience in driving technical innovation using engineering systems and tools
