      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide electrical engineering support to the Enterprise Capital Engineering and Mill Sustaining teams
      - Lead capital projects using the KC NA Project Management Practices process
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, and external service providers
      - Maintain technical expertise and drive innovation by documenting project developments
      - Coach and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and business results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
      - 4+ years of related technical experience in mill, production, or R&D environments
      - Demonstrated working knowledge of electrical engineering competencies including servo-based motion control and process automation
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently or lead a team to meet project objectives within timeframes and budgets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in paper manufacturing, specifically in tissue machine and/or converting operations
      - Knowledge of airlaid technologies and processes
      - Established cross-functional network at the enterprise level
