What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical leadership for the Value Stream Engineering Intimate Care & Facial Team, focusing on asset performance and cost reduction
- Collaborate with mill staff and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support overall OEE delivery
- Drive the development and execution of OEE plans for assets, coordinating targeted onsite action plans
- Implement strategy deployment processes for capacity and capability liberation supporting supply chain initiatives
- Ensure compliance with corporate safety, quality, regulatory standards, and sustainability practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years of related technical experience in both mill and staff environments
- Proven ability to establish strong cross-functional networks at the enterprise level
- Subject matter expertise in electrical and controls technologies, including knowledge of Rockwell controllers and drives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and direct technical teams effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience with UCTAD, C-TEC, and LDC technologies/platforms
- Demonstrated ability to teach subject matter experts and personnel in the field
- Strong fundamentals in engineering systems and tools to drive technical innovation
- Experience collaborating with external service providers and equipment suppliers
