What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee greenfield, brownfield, routine, and preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
- Drive troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts to resolve complex electrical issues
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to ensure optimal plant performance
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance activities and performance metrics for compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical installations, operations, and maintenance in the power generation industry
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of power plant electrical systems and equipment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for electrical systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to power plant operations
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across the United States
