- Guide and assist apprentices in their tasks to ensure job completion in a timely manner.
- Track all work using an iPad and provide assistance in installations.
- Supervise crews, provide instructions, and perform regular check-ups throughout the day.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and electrical installations.
- Ability to work with an iPad for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Active TDLR license.
- Leadership experience in a commercial construction setting.
- Bilingual skills are encouraged but not mandatory.
Lead Electrician
This position will be based out of San Antonio. However, until the end of June this postion will require you to be on site in Uvlade for the new school project. After that you will be placed in projects in San Antonio.
2 months in Uvlade and the rest will be in San Antonio

Work Environment
The role is based in a commercial construction setting, specifically within schools. Work hours are from 6/7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The position involves hands-on work using tools such as conduit benders and requires appropriate attire for a construction site.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Uvalde, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
