      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate formal employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions
      - Provide guidance to managers on employee performance and conduct issues
      - Consult on reorganizations and position eliminations, evaluating legal risks
      - Advise on policy interpretation and compliance related to workplace situations
      - Lead local and cross-functional employee relations projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or English Literature
      - 6+ years of experience in employee relations, employment law, or related fields
      - In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience in employee relations or employment law
      - Strong understanding of corrective actions and handling employee complaints
      - Excellent communication and mediation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in conducting employee relations training for managers
      - Familiarity with maintaining employee relations records and producing reports
      - Knowledge of workplace threat situation handling
      - Skills in managing complex leave of absence matters and accommodations
      - Background in supporting diverse and inclusive workplace initiatives
