What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Intake and investigate formal employee complaints and recommend action
- Provide advice and guidance to managers in addressing employee performance and conduct issues
- Consult with management on reorganizations and position eliminations
- Advise on policy interpretation, employment law, and compliance situations
- Lead local and cross-functional ER projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in employee relations, employment law, corrective action, employee complaints, or related
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in employee relations, employment law, corrective action, employee complaints, or related
