Overview This Role is for SAP Security Analyst, the primary focus is to support business users that have security issues. They also ensure that application security standards are well maintained and supported in collaboration with the Global SAP Security team leads. The SAP security analyst also ensures that Global SAP application security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures are in alignment with the corporate strategic plan and supports the local markets in the day to day business. This role supports SAP Security activities including monitoring sensitive SOX controls, SOD risk elimination by users role cleansing, ADO/Service Now ticket management, supporting PIRT/ PGT upgrades/refreshes for PGT Global and individual PGT projects Responsibilities Deliver Growth • Assist in Communication with the Business daily to analyze security concerns and resolve access issues. Create efficiency • Solve incidents, service requests and ADO tickets within SLA. • Reinforce correct SAP security procedures with the functional and technical sustain teams • Quality Assurance in information provided by users in order to minimize requests resolution time. Drive Future Success • Ensure SOX Controls compliance by executing correctly Security sectorial procedures. • Keep a right documentation of all changes (users, profiles, modifications) for audit purposes. • Delivers SAP security audit reports • Ability to train and communicate business teams on provisioning and security processes. Leadership Team Accountabilities • Point person for operative matters for Global PGT/PIRT Europe and individual PGT projects • Coordination of weekly operative meeting. • Ensures team success through organizational, functional, and team alignment towards team mission and objectives. Qualifications YEARS OF EXPERIENCE • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field • 7+ years of experience in SAP Security including ECC, S4/HANA, FIORI, MDG, BW, PO(Process Orchestration) and CRM with a deep understanding of the SAP’s authorization concepts as well as design and implementation methodology. 4+ years of experience in developing solutions for securing custom transactions, tables, and programs 2+ years of experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying business and support roles with S / 4 and Fiori roles. 1+ year of experience in large and complex projects with multiple rollouts for countries / regions 1+ year of experience in designing, building and deploying HANA database security MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS • Detailed experience with SAP ERP Security, Enterprise S / 4 HANA Security, BW / 4 HANA Security • Technical proficiency with security build and requirements analysis/definition across multiple SAP systems • Understanding of internal controls, segregation of duties (SoD), sensitive transactions analysis, basic SAP development (e.g., ABAP integration points), SAP modules, SAP Transport Management System, SAP Web Application Server, NetWeaver, HANA Security MANDATORY NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS • Analytical, motivated, and self-confident with communication to users, IT partners, and managers • Able to work with minimal supervision • Technical English, spoken and written skills required.
