  JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineer

  DURATION: Direct hire
  RATE RANGE: $110,000 - $120,000

  
  SUMMARY:
  Our client is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, Full-Stack, to help them build a world-class mobile application with impeccable speed, craft, and rigor. The mobile app will be built on Flutterflow. The current team consists of 11 people with two other part time engineers. This person is required to be onsite 5 days a week at the HQ in West Hollywood, CA.

They simplify nutrition and exercise tracking, break down barriers for beginners and enthusiasts alike. They are building breakthrough technology to empower users to make informed health and fitness decisions easily.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build the industry's best fitness and health technology app end-to-end

  • Choose and utilize the sharpest software tools and methodologies

  • Talk to customers to identify hard problems and build solutions

  • Have a ton of fun building a product customers genuinely love

  • Continuously improve our engineering velocity and output

  • Maintain a high personal bar of focus and execution

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferred

  • Track record of shipping high-quality products, apps, and features

  • Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions

  • Genuine excitement, work ethic, and mindset to build a game-changing company

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
