We are seeking a skilled Lead, Enterprise Systems Engineer, to join our Infrastructure team. This role is responsible for handling escalated technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting, mentor junior staff and work on infrastructure related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This position will be 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond promptly to escalated tickets and prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact.
· Provide advanced support for escalated issues involving system performance, network connectivity, and application errors.
· Collaborate with third-party vendors.
· Ensure timely completion of projects.
· Manage and maintain servers, networks, and all other infrastructure systems.
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
· Ensure compliance with internal Security policies.
· Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
· Document processes, configurations, and system changes.
· Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end-users.
· Provide training, guidance, and mentor to junior staff.
· Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.
