What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Comfortable working in the Pacific time zone
- Minimum 3-4 years of lead experience building and deploying demanding Flutter applications
- Thorough knowledge of Creational, Structural, and Behavioral design patterns
- Expertise in developing apps for iOS, Android, and Windows with a single codebase and responsive design
- Experience with SDK-based device integrations and web views within a Flutter app
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JIRA process, Configuration Management, and DevOps toolchain
- Experience publishing Flutter books or presenting at Flutter conferences
- Collaboration with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Participation in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintain best practices
- Knowledge of internationalization and white labeling
