We are currently seeking a Traveling Lead Foreman to oversee and execute heavy commercial electrical projects across various industrial sites. While the job environments are industrial, the scopes of work typically involve straightforward but time-sensitive tasks. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives under pressure, works well with a team, and takes initiative to solve problems and drive results.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Lead a minimum crew of 4 (typically 2 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices) on each job site
      • Manage project timelines, labor, and site coordination under strict deadlines
      • Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and electrical schematics
      • Execute and oversee a range of electrical work including:
      • Conduit and wiring installations
      • Generator and UPS system installations
      • Low- and medium-voltage systems
      • Maintain daily communication with project managers and office staff
      • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and project specifications
      • Provide clear and professional verbal and written communication


      Ideal Candidate
      • Proven experience leading larger-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in the field
      • Desire and ability to work up to 60 hours per week
      • Willingness to travel extensively; travel is a key requirement for this role
      • Ability to work independently and lead a team with minimal supervision
      • High level of accountability, reliability, and professionalism


      Qualifications
      • Journeyman Electrician License is a MUST
      • 5+ years of field experience in electrical construction
      • Prior leadership or foreman experience is strongly preferred
      • Strong working knowledge of electrical codes, installation practices, and jobsite safety
      • Proficiency with blueprint and schematic reading
      • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

      Pay based on experience
