  Are you ready to make an impact on DNA’s digital ecosystem and customer experience? We are looking for a key player to our B2C development: as a Lead Frontend Developer you will have a pivotal role in shaping our digital landscape and creating unparalleled user experience, especially in eCommerce.

  At DNA, we embrace cutting-edge technology to power our public websites, eCommerce platform, self-service portals and mobile applications. We collaborate with both our skilled in-house developers and handpicked vendors to ensure the best customer experience possible. To do so, we use a Headless CMS and microservice architecture on top of cloud services, supported by high-end e-commerce and CMS platforms.

  In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for common practices and ways of working within Digital Solutions frontend development, but not supervisory work. We’re seeking a collaborative team player and excellent communicator who thrives in delivering top-notch code and has a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. You will take charge of the intersection between code, design and user experience, working closely with our design lead, architects, fellow developers and business stakeholders. Your expertise will set the standard for best practices and capabilities in our frontend development.

  We value agile working methodologies, such as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban, and fluency in English is essential. While knowledge of Finnish is a bonus, our multicultural teams predominantly use English as the primary working language. You are familiar with accessibility requirements as well as design systems, and how to combine these seamlessly into web development practices.

  Your core competencies:

  • Broad FE development experience with React, Javascript/Typescript

  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills, willingness and ability to efficiently lead experienced FE developers

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems

  • Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, Jest, Cypress, Jenkins and GTM library for analytics are a bonus.
