- Lead complex technology initiatives with cross-product integrations and enterprise-wide impact
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party developer tools, ensuring delivery aligns with product and business objectives
- Design and implement automation scripts and processes to streamline software tool delivery
- Oversee the packaging and distribution of developer tools while maintaining quality standards
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in developer tools to ensure compliance and minimize risk
- Collaborate with technical experts, product owners, stakeholders, and external industry groups to align goals and deliver solutions
- Establish performance metrics and monitoring systems to continuously evaluate and improve developer tool effectiveness
- Act as a technical expert and point of escalation for resolving complex issues across integrated systems and products
- Provide strategic input and contribute to planning efforts within the Software Engineering organization
- 5+ years of experience in leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Java and React or Angular
- 3+ years of experience in building and deploying microservices, APIs, and micro frontends
- 3+ years of experience with Agile development practices
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing software systems
- Experience in automation scripting, performance tuning, and continuous integration/delivery workflows
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across product lines and organizational levels
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Lead Full Stack Java Developer with our client in the financial Industry located in Saint Louis, MN. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Pay Range: $ 60 - 70
