Job Description
- Req#: 232253
- Support the Lead Generation Manager with data campaigns for sales self-generation activity.
- Monitor performance of leads from the website, ensuring they are allocated correctly and followed up within SLA.
- Support with campaign activity, including asset creation and stakeholder management through attending legal and brand clinics for sign off on assets and collating trading reporting.
- Ownership of sales enablement toolkit for inside sales, to drive awareness of lead generation activity.
- Develop inbound lead generation activity through utilisation of data sets.
- Able to demonstrate experience in lead generation and measuring ROI against activity.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - can build networks and influence stakeholders across a range of functions internally and externally.
- Knowledge of CRM (Ignite) is not essential but would be helpful.
- Is analytically minded - able to interpret and use datasets to improve performance.
- Able to demonstrate experience in managing marketing / email campaigns

What you’ll do
In this role you’ll be part of the Lead Generation Team who are responsible for driving new business acquisition across Vodafone Business. The Lead Generation Team work with external partners who contact prospects to generate hot leads into sales. A key driver to the success of lead optimising is supporting our inside sales team with best-in-class sales enablement, in addition you will track and monitor the success of lead generation campaigns, ensuring a positive return on investment is generated.
The partners you will be working with could be the first point of contact for Vodafone Business potential new customers. The work you will do with them will ensure that our partners understand Vodafone’s priorities and objectives. By monitoring performance and making suggestions for improvements you will in turn ensure that we provide the best customer experience possible.
