  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients in target markets
  - Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and campaigns to uncover client needs
  - Schedule sales appointments, demos, and meetings for the Sales Team
  - Track and manage lead activity in CRM for accurate reporting
  - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to meet lead generation goals
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  - 3–5 years of lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing experience; Workers’ Compensation or healthcare experience preferred
  - Proven success in meeting lead generation and appointment-setting goals
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in phone sales
  - Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software; HubSpot proficiency preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Workers’ Compensation
  - Highly organized and self-motivated with strong multitasking skills
  - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  - Ability to provide a HIPAA-compliant home office environment
