      Are you a seasoned Time & Pay expert with a passion for system transformation. Do you have the skills and experience to lead a critical phase of the Time and Pay system overhaul within our organization? If so, we have an exciting internal opportunity for you!

      We are looking for a qualified and experienced Process Driver for Time and Pay to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for the Time and Pay system transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder requirements. You will also oversee the implementation and integration of the new system, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will optimize existing Time and Pay processes, ensure compliance and governance, communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage vendors, and train and support end-users.

      To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Technology. A master’s degree or relevant certifications, such as PMP or Agile, are preferred. You will also need at least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on system transformations. You should have familiarity with Time and Pay systems, HR processes, and payroll functions. Moreover, you should have strong leadership and collaboration skills, excellent project management and organizational abilities, analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

      As a Process Driver for Time and Pay, you will also demonstrate the following preferred competencies:

      • Change Management: You have proven ability to manage and lead teams through organizational change. You have experience in change management methodologies.
      • Technology Proficiency: You are familiar with relevant Time and Pay software and system systems. You are able to adapt to emerging technologies.
      • Continuous Improvement: You have a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. You have a track record of implementing successful process enhancements.

      Responsibilities

      • Proactively position yourself as a key Lead HR systems specialist, understanding configuration intricacies, solution possibilities, and known issues.
      • Define cohesive, sustainable, and compliant improvements, adhering to an end-state vision and holistic design approach.
      • Prioritize and define changes based on landscape, system readiness, and organizational alignment.
      • Establish tools and processes for good design, governance, compliance, and transparent change management.
      • Participate in the IT&HR change approval board and serve as an ambassador for change processes.
      • Subjectively guide stakeholders toward optimal solutions and inspire the organization to embrace technology.
      • Possess in-depth solution and configuration knowledge, coupled with a solid understanding of the HR lifecycle and data models.
      • Ensure the quality of configuration releases and finalize sign-offs before handover to operations.
      • Design user roles and experiences, emphasizing operational efficiency and minimizing tasks outside the department.
      • Handle escalations and critical incidents following defined processes.
      • Improve Vestas' time, pay, compensation, and reward data quality, ensuring compliance with global legislation and GDPR.
      • Drive the description, approval, prioritization, handover, and testing of time, pay, compensation, and reward system changes.
      • Act as a key stakeholder in the HR Landscape, ensuring seamless integration with Employee Central, SAP HCM, and relevant operating systems.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 15 years of experience in the HR systems sphere, with core expertise in Time and Payroll.
      • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Pay Components and Time-off.
      • Extensive experience working with global HR systems and interfaces.
      • Strong background in stakeholder management, leading global implementations, and driving change in HR data and processing systems.
      • IT or HR background preferred.
      • Experience working with ADP, Ailight or similar.
