- Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local codes.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure timely project completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
- Ensure all HVAC installations meet safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance to junior installers and support their professional development.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to streamline installations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and address any challenges proactively.
- Ensure proper documentation and permit compliance as required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
- Prior General Contractor (GC) experience.
- Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications in HVAC installation (EPA, NATE, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience communicating and working with vendors and GCs.
- Proficiency in electrical systems.
- EPA universal certification.

Work Environment
The position is based in Antioch, with travel throughout the Bay Area. You will be part of a small to mid-sized company with a close-knit, family-style environment. As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will oversee multiple projects each week.
The standard shift is from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Antioch, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $76000.00/yr.
