- Build out and mature the IAM function and its related activities, including planning, testing, reporting, and delivering IAM servicesu00A0
- Develop, enhance, test, document, and manage Identity Management automation processes to support daily operations and to improve business functions via automationu00A0
- Understand, maintain, and document onboarding, offboarding, entitlement automation, and approval workflowsu00A0
- Identify and correct problems uncovered by testing or end user feedbacku00A0
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive planning program outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resourcesu00A0
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and functions on the IAM programu00A0
- Define and report on metrics and Key Performance Indicators to measure the programs progress and performanceu00A0
- Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, information technology, or other related discipline, or equivalent experienceu00A0
- 7+ years of related experience in an IT role, with specific focus on IAM security architecture and platform administrationu00A0
- Intermediate understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO, MFA, and PAM, across on-premises, distributed, and SaaS environmentsu00A0
- Intermediate understanding of web services and SOA related standards like REST/OAuth/JSON and SOAP/WSDLu00A0
- Strong understanding of orchestration and workflow automationu00A0
- Strong problem-solving, process design, and communication skillsu00A0
- Relevant certifications such as CIAM, CISSP, or equivalent IAM vendor-specific certificationsu00A0
Theu202F Lead, Identity and Access Engineer will be part of the IS Operations team, working under the direction of the Senior Manager of IS Operations. This position is a critical role responsible for designing and launching Martin Mariettau2019s Identity and Access program. The successful candidate will lead efforts in analyzing current processes and then plan, build, deploy, and run a robust IAM program.
