- Assigns tasks to the End User Computing (EUC) teams which include VDI Support, IT Field services, software deployment, Asset management, Audio/Video and MDM teams.
- Exposure to MAC Support
- Execute, manage and lead Office 365 migrations and should have exchange/ office 365 Support, Maintenance and administration experience.
- Organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activity, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work.
- Provides consultation to business area management and staff at the highest technical level for all aspects of end user computing applications and PC/Workstation based LAN systems software and hardware.
- Have supervisory duties of instructing, assigning, directing and checking the work of the other computing specialists.
- Assists in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the section.
- May coordinate the activities of the section with other sections. May be involved in review of other specialists.
- Acts as a Project Leader.
- Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
- Supervises unit personnel in the business analysis, justification, design and implementation of effective end user computing applications and PC/Workstation based LAN software and hardware and in the evaluation, selection and implementation of efficient and cost effective individual computing packages.
- Provides input into the performance management process and staffing decisions.
- Acts as a technical resource; trains junior staff; assists staff with resolution of complex issues and exceptions.
- Responding to Outages.
- Strong technical and management skills required. 12+ years in IT Support with reputed companies.
- Minimum 4 Years in Banking or Finance related business.
- Communicator – excellent written and verbal skills, good attention to detail.
- Strong relationship with business units. Experience in dealing with different kind of business environments and skills.
- High quality investigative standards.
- Business aware and customer focused.
- Self-starter – demonstrates good use of initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable, responds rapidly to changing agendas. Able to re-prioritize and organize effectively.
- Decision-maker – effective problem solving and solution orientated.
- Requires an in-depth knowledge of personal computing and PC/Workstation based LAN systems, hardware and tools, client functions and applications, some supervisory, management and administrative experience, excellent consultative and communication skills, analytical ability, decisiveness, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff and vendors.
- Leaderships and organizational skills are needed to prioritize assignments and provide feedback to staff. Technical expertise is required to resolve complex issues and train junior staff.

Summary

Assists in all levels of supervision and may perform management functions in the absence of the Manager or may act as Project Manager for major projects.
