- Manage large-scale upgrades, maintenance and configuration of SCCM infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain SCCM OSD, application software, compliance baselines and Windows patch management
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity to determine compliance requirements for patching
- Works with other platforms to architect and implement changes required to resolve issues and modernize the organization and its technology processes
- Executes work according to compliance standards, risk and security, and business objectives
- Considers upstream/downstream system or technical implications and advises on mitigation actions. Must be able to drive L3 incident, day to day escalations, service, problem with SRE for Endpoint Management
- Understands service level indicators and utilizes service level objectives to proactively resolve issues before they impact customers, Supports the adoption of site reliability engineering best practices within your team
- Proficient in site reliability culture and principles and familiarity with how to implement site reliability within an application or platform.
- Knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure engineering such as hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessments
- 10+ years of applied experience with experience in SCCM disaster recovery planning and testing
- Experience in setting up, operating, tuning and troubleshooting MS SQL
- Ability to read and analyze SQL queries, along with developing stored procedures
- Experience with Agile Development and Continuous Integration. Proficiency with automation via Power Shell
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SSRS and IIS
- Hybrid Cloud with AWS/Azure experience preferred
- SCCM SSRS Reporting experience preferred
- PKI and PCI DSS, Microsoft Intune experience preferred
