- Provide business analysis and requirements gathering for Group Functions initiatives, with a focus on Finance and Global Business Services.
- Utilise business relationships, analytical skills and process expertise to understand, document, assess and drive business change needs by accelerating process enhancements and supporting business growth.
- Independently support multiple projects with various project managers and subject matter experts, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value and meet the project deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for better utilization of existing applications to get more benefit from existing investment in our IT landscape.
- Demand management coordination and support
- Take ownership of ERP enhancement demand for Group Functions working closely with the ERP COE to ensure truly beneficial enhancements are prioritized and we get the best value out of our enhancement budget.

We are looking for a Lead IT Business Analyst to join our IT team looking after Group Functions, specifically Finance and Global Business Services (GBS).
In this crucial role, you will collaborate with both internal function leaders and external partners to define, justify and deliver IT solutions and processes that achieve both short and long-term business objectives.
You will use your experience, communication and analytical skills to provide expert advice and recommendations to project teams (solution decisions and design) and senior management (Strategic thinking and direction).

What does success look like?
Our successful candidate will have experience working as a Business Analyst focussing on finance related business processes and solutions including Record to Report, Order to cash, Purchase to pay, Treasury and Tax.
They will have strong system knowledge and implementation experience across a wide variety of Finance centric business applications and productivity tools such as SAP, EPM (Enterprise Performance Management solutions), Ariba, Trintech and Workflow tools to mention a few.
In addition, they'll possess proven experience working in project teams capturing requirements and delivering appropriate solutions to the business working with internal teams at all levels and external solutions providers and implementation partners.
They'll be educated to a degree or professional qualification level. A Finance specific qualification would be desirable, though not crucial.
