Job Description

- Set up, maintain, and upgrade production and facilities equipment to prevent unscheduled downtime.
- Communicate daily with Production Management to determine maintenance priorities and ensure seamless operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production process equipment.
- Apply equipment manuals and documentation to troubleshoot, tune, and identify part numbers for repairs.
- Install and calibrate temperature controllers/recorders.
- Walk and stand up to six hours at a time, with frequent squatting, stooping, kneeling, bending, twisting at the waist, and climbing ladders.
- Adhere strictly to GMP/QSR guidelines and Microbiology Division SOPs.
- Arrive on time and work additional overtime as needed, ensuring all work activities are performed safely.
- Report any actual or potential safety hazards to management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Vocational technical training or at least three years of related job experience.
- Experience with process control and various piping systems.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform physical requirements as identified by the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with or without reasonable accommodations.

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materialsJob Description
