      About the Role:

      This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic visionary who is passionate about shaping the future talent in the accounting profession.

      You will implement the CPA Pipeline Team's strategy as it relates to Academic relationships through programs at the high school and college levels which are designed to support accounting education, including the CPA pathway, advocacy for the accounting profession within the classroom.

      You will direct and lead the Association's activities to integrate the accounting profession in the classroom. Responsible for communications and relationship development with academics through an engaged partnership, where data is collected and used to grow the next generation of accounting professionals.

      You will report to the the Associate Director - CPA Pipeline. This role is remote friendly.

      You Will:

      Develop the CPA Pipeline activities designed to support the academic community in high schools and colleges/universities that helps their students to make informed decisions about a future career in the accounting profession.

      Manage the communications, engagement, and data collection with the high school and college academic community which support the larger goal of promoting the CPA pipeline with this community.

      Develop an academic membership to facilitate communications and data sharing to support CPA Pipeline growth

      Develop support material and classroom resources focused on increasing the awareness and attraction of students to the profession and becoming a CPA

      Manage and present as the subject matter expert at webinars and presentations both virtually and in-person

      Promote knowledge of Association certificates, designations, and learning materials to support the academic community.

      You Have:

      Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, data analytics, education, communication or related field.

      Familiarity with current technology trends and uses of technology in practice and in education.

      5+ years' work experience in higher education or a business setting

      Experience of the CPA Exam and CGMA designation.

      The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $85,000 - $108,000
