      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Marketing Consultants in Consumer & Small Business Banking providing coverage for Branch Banking, Chief Customer Office, CSBB Control, CSBB Diverse Customer Segments, CSBB Operations, CSBB Strategy & Transformation, Consumer Marketing, Deposit Products Group, and Small Business.       This role is part of the CSBB Growth Marketing organization, who are responsible for delivering new customer and balance growth profitably and at scale via effective marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on digital channels. Additionally, this role will help lead a robust test & learn agenda for creative/channel strategies to deliver customer-obsessed experiences and increase campaign effectiveness.


      In this role, you will:

      • Lead complex initiatives and work across functional teams to, plan and ensure execution of a variety of marketing, development strategies and programs with broad impact.
      • Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales and profitability for marketing.
      • Participate and lead complex cross-functional groups to create, edit, and manage digital content for more advanced marketing campaigns, programs or initiatives that enable seamless customer engagement across all digital channels.
      • Collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables.
      • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including external vendors.
      • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
      • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
      • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Web, Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Demonstrated ability to leverage marketing and related technologies to drive improvements to marketing outcomes.
      • Understanding of growth marketing principles and marketing technology trends.
      • Experience with financial services industry, products, and services.
      • Leadership experience preferred.
      • Knowledge of multiple elements of marketing personalization: marketing technology, financial valuations, marketing creative, campaign lifecycle
      • Understanding of digital channels, including paid search, websites, and email.
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Familiarity with various marketing technologies (e.g., Aprimo, IBM Campaign Management Tool, SalesForce).
      • BA/BS in marketing or related field preferred.

      Salary Range:

      • New York City, NY - $115,900-$206,100 annual base
      • San Francisco, CA - $115,900-$206,100 annual base

      Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
