      Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

      Position Summary

      The Lead Marketing Multimedia Artist is responsible for creating compelling content to promote and enhance the Aspire Indiana Health brands across a wide array of platforms and channels (including specialized/subsidiary brands: Progress House, Mockingbird Hill Recovery Center, Kids Talk, etc.). The Lead Marketing Multimedia Artist will create strong visual images and collaborate on videos for use in digital, physical and advertising collateral. As a lead creative, this person has primary ownership of protecting the integrity of the Aspire brand as it is experienced by internal and external audiences. They also act as a voice for innovation and creativity across the entire creative team.

      Education/Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree in design, media arts, marketing or related field required
      • Five(5) years related experience required, eight (8) years preferred
      • Experience with the key tools of Adobe Creative Suite required
      • Familiarity with the basic operation of various digital marketing websites, email platforms and printing requirements for files highly preferred
      • Intermediate to advanced computer skills using Google Suite apps preferred
