- Process core materials and warranties
- Receive, open, inspect, and stock shipments
- Prepare and fulfill shipments, load outgoing material and deliver parts orders
- Organize and maintain parts and materials
- Account for the receipt, delivery, and disposition of materials using the designated electronic system
- Lead cycle counting and inventory for storeroom materials
- Dust, sweep, and other cleaning activities
- Document the delivery of goods using good receipt/invoice receipt (GR/IR)
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
- High school diploma or general equivalency
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, including forklift experience
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift to 100lbs
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- SAP experience is preferred

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
This position is responsible for ensuring the safe coordination and execution of CPKC’s inventory control objectives, with a focus on securing and accurately managing inventoried materials. Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of inventory control, such as the shipping and receiving of materials for the car, locomotive, and engineering departments, as well as general railroad-related materials.
