      About the role

      As a key player in our marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving marketing objectives by executing targeted campaigns that align with our strategic goals. You'll nurture existing client relationships by understanding their banking behaviors, leveraging insights to reinforce loyalty, and promoting further product engagement. Additionally, you'll design and implement performance-driven campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients and launching new products, utilizing the most effective communication channels to maximize impact.

      Key Performance Areas:

      • Drive the achievement of marketing business objectives through strategic management of paid media campaigns.
      • Oversee multi-media strategy execution and success across various paid media channels, including planning, creative development, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and metric reporting.
      • Strategically plan and execute communications and media activities across diverse channels, determining the appropriate timing and content.
      • Develop and execute effective communication strategies, tailored to different stages of the client life cycle, to enhance client value.
      • Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and support the preparation of presentations.
      • Lead weekly status meetings to ensure alignment and track budgets.
      • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, approve media plans, and handle PO requests.
      • Produce monthly campaign reports, assist with management reports, and provide ad-hoc reporting.
      • Offer guidance on paid media best practices and share key learnings to drive improvement.

      Our ideal candidate has:

      • 3-5 years brand marketing experience in a large, complex and client focused organisation

      • Ideal experienced gained in an FMCG, retail, retail banking or services industry

      • Cross functional project coordination / Management

      Knowledge of:

      • Principles of brand marketing and paid media

      • Data analysis, client profiling and segmentation

      • Digital marketing and e-commerce

      • Campaign management

      • Internal and external communication methods and practices

      • Stakeholder and relationship building and management.

      Qualifications (Minimum)

      • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

      Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

      • A relevant degree in Marketing or Business Management
