What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and review policy content for Issuers, Acquirers, and Merchants, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and legal teams to obtain necessary approvals for policy documentation
- Participate in meetings with various departments to gather feedback and develop effective policy content
- Maintain accurate records of document assignments and ensure adherence to retention policies
- Operate in accordance with established documented procedures and controls

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English Studies, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business-to-business communications, policy writing, or technical writing
- Strong understanding of compliance and risk management practices
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers and printers
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 4+ years of experience in operations or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in the payments industry or related sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with legal and regulatory compliance
