Job Description

- Lead the implementation of the Information Security Assurance Framework program.Manage and mentor a team of security assurance experts.
- Define and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for IS Assurance.Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain transparency and consistency in security assurance activities.
- Align security policies and standards with ISO27001 and AXA's Security Assurance Framework.
- Conduct security audits and facilitate remediation processes.
- Serve as an expert advisor to the CISO and local security stakeholders.
- A degree in information security, computer science, or related fields (post-graduate degree or certifications like CISSP, CISA, or ISO27001 Lead Auditor preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in security, IT audit, or related areas, with over 3 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing remote or international teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.
