We’re currently seeking a friendly and outgoing Orthodontic Receptionist to join our team and play a vital role in delivering an outstanding patient experience.

      Responsibilities

      As our Orthodontic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll handle front-desk operations, manage insurance processes, and assist with scheduling and administrative tasks to ensure our office runs smoothly.

      • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.

      • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of office time.

      • Verify and process insurance benefits, pre-authorizations, and claims.

      • Handle patient inquiries regarding insurance coverage and payment plans.

      • Maintain accurate patient records, updating insurance and personal information as needed.

      • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly.

      • Collect payments, process billing, and maintain financial records.

      • Support the orthodontic team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

      Qualifications

      Experience working with dental/orthodontic insurance is required.

      • Strong knowledge of insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and claims processes.

      • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or orthodontic office.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.

      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

      • Proficient in dental/orthodontic office management software and general computer skills.
