What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and identify product gaps to drive growth
- Translate corporate vision into actionable strategies for the Product organization
- Manage a team of 2-4 product managers while actively contributing to product execution
- Define and prioritize a product roadmap based on business cases, customer feedback, and market dynamics
- Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring successful product launches that meet customer expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management or a similar discipline in a SaaS or DaaS environment
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to consider multiple perspectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to upper management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications in Product Management, Agile methodologies, or related areas
- Prior experience in the Audience Measurement or Media industry
- Familiarity with project and product management tools like Jira and Aha
- Experience with big data analytics and data flows
- Nimble with a fail-fast mindset to drive rapid iterations of product development
