Oversee and execute one or more early career programs driving results for the business and HR. As part of this role you will work with key partners and stakeholders including business managers, campus recruiting, HR Business Partners, Compensation and LOB program liaisons
Lead Program Manager is the main point of contact and centerpiece to early career program participants and the business as it relates to the end-to-end execution of the program across a variety of areas
Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to the strategy and execution of program delivery
Ensure Diversity & Inclusion is a key component thread throughout program participant recruiting, experiences and training
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives, including manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
Mentor and guide broader talent and assist in hiring talent
Remain current on internal and external practices that drive greater conversion, retention, engagement, and professional development.
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience in Early Talent recruiting or program management.
Proven experience with consulting and stakeholder management including a proven record of impact and influence at the senior leadership level and ability to build positive, trusting work relationships.
Strong analytical skills and ability to lead with data-driven approach
Community engagement experience with the ability to partner with other organizations by building trust and fostering collaboration
Strong leadership experience with the ability to drive process improvement and problem resolution
Experience exercising judgment and decision making within broadly defined policies and practices and work independently demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Change management experience
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid work schedule
