      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead consistent vendor management routines and act as the primary point of contact for external partners
      - Ensure the completion of action items from vendor management meetings and manage contract obligations
      - Oversee root cause analysis processes and maintain communication with internal and external partners
      - Develop and prioritize the roadmap for the Automation, Asset, and Vendor Management team
      - Collaborate with various teams to implement sustainable solutions and improve operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S./M.S. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, or equivalent experience
      - 4+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or related fields (or 2+ years with a Master's/MBA)
      - Strong knowledge of lean six-sigma principles
      - Proven ability to use data analytics to drive operational improvements
      - Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in operations within a distribution center, ideally in a temperature-controlled environment
      - Familiarity with supply chain functions across multiple business areas
      - Excellent data analysis and management skills, particularly with Smartsheet tools
      - Project management certifications such as PMI, AGILE, or PMP
      - High sense of initiative and ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
