- Lead or co-lead innovation projects across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with Outokumpu’s Innovation Maturity Metrics
- Own and manage the innovation funnel, including idea screening and facilitation of the innovation process
- Introduce and implement standardized agile project management methodologies and governance structures
- Facilitate innovation projects, track their progress, and support gate decision readiness
- Coach and support project managers in applying agile PM tools and practices
- Ensure strategic alignment between the innovation pipeline and the company’s long-term goals
- Collaborate closely with Group Technology, R&D, and Business Development teams
- Master’s degree in a relevant economic or technical field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in the management of development projects
- Experience in multi-disciplinary and international environments is a plus
- Professional background in innovation management is advantageous
- Certified in agile project management (e.g., CSM, Prince2, PSM, IAPM)
- Visionary and goal-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Skilled in process implementation and agile facilitation
- Curious, empathetic team player with strong communication skills

Outokumpu is looking for a visionary and target-driven Innovation Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead innovation projects and ensure that they progress according to Outokumpu's innovation maturity metrics.
This role will involve overseeing the innovation funnel, standardizing agile project management (PM) and governance, and supporting
project managers in the implementation of innovation initiatives.

Location: The role is available at any of our locations in Avesta (Sweden), Helsinki or Tornio (Finland), or Krefeld (Germany).
