Serve as the Team Project Manager and point of contact (POC) for assigned Finance work groups (e.g., Controllers, Financial Planning, Accounts Payable, Treasury/Customer Payments, Payroll, Billing, etc.)
Assist teams in updating and maintaining project documents and systems, including the Playbook, Project Plan, and Transition Services Agreements (TSA) for respective areas
Collect and review parlor requests and due diligence items for proper format, tracking, and confidentiality before providing them to the overall project manager
Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues associated with the project
Ensure alignment of teams to the overall project in coordination with the Overall Project Manager
Identify necessary project resources and provide names to the Overall Project Manager for NDA execution
Provide weekly updates at staff meetings and coordinate updates for any Project Team Meetings
Collaborate with other Team Project Managers on cross-finance items
Post-deal close, transition contact and support to be directly between Buyer and Team Project Leads
Monitor the team's TSA and RSTA items to ensure execution and completion
Serve as Cross Functional Lead, coordinating activities with non-finance organizations, on small to medium-sized projects

Overall Purpose: As a Project Program Manager, you will lead non-technical finance and cross-functional projects related to AT&T's mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and spin-offs. You will manage these projects from initiation through delivery and transition, collaborating with various global finance and non-finance teams to achieve project goals.
