PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Under the direction of the Assistant Manager of RADE & Records Review (Manager), this position provides support to Carter BloodCare (CBC) by investigating and resolving product and donor HOLDS. Must be able to identify potentially unsafe products and take appropriate steps to ensure quarantine of these products, thereby preventing release of hazardous products for transfusion. Employee must be able to perform all RADE job duties.
In addition to Lead RADE Specialist duties, promoting the use of imaging opportunities throughout the company. Perform administrative duties of configuration, setup, defining groups and document types, and granting/maintaining user permissions. The position will also assist with trouble shooting, as well as implementing upgrades and new releases, by following quality standards for test plans and validation.
Regular, full time attendance is required during office hours.
