What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinic, including workflow assignment and prioritization
- Act as a "Super User" for scheduling, registration, and billing systems
- Provide guidance and training to staff on complex issues and systems
- Assist with administrative duties, including patient appointments and medical records processing
- Support the supervisor with daily activities of practice staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- 5-7 years of office experience required
- Strong understanding of all Office Suite applications
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Medical Assistant [National Certification] from various issuers preferred
