Lead complex initiatives for recruiting and selecting highly technical or more experienced level management individuals from internal and external sources
Plan and conduct innovative employment advertising campaigns to recruit candidates and develop effective working relationships with professional recruitment agencies, schools, and all levels of internal management
Review and analyze selected candidates on various factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing status updates and information on the company
Administer tests and interpret results
Consult with more experienced managers on sourcing strategy, and engages in direct candidate sourcing activities
Plan the selection process including competencies to assess and interviewers
Consult on selection decision and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions as well as providing strong consultation to management on recruiting and Human Resources policy
Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements
Manage external research, contingency or retained search firms
Present recommendations for selected candidates to more experienced management, direct them through the hiring process, and consult with hiring managers in assigned groups

Collaborate and consult with Recruiting colleagues, internal partners, managers, and more experienced managers regarding the recruitment process
Own early career talent pipelines within Technology and drive streamlined, consistent and compliant processes across the end-to-end recruitment cycle to fulfill business needs
Design and execute early career conference strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition Programs (TAP) team and other key stakeholders, including business partners and stakeholders
5+ years of Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of Recruitment experience in Early Careers and/or Technology
Project management experience
Strong presentation (verbal and written) communications skills, with the ability provide information to help senior leaders and stakeholders make informed decisions
Experience consulting with peers, leaders, and business partners
Experience within diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and diversity candidate sourcing
Knowledge and understating of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements
Experience delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience for internal and external candidates throughout hiring and onboarding process
Experience recruiting for multiple job openings simultaneously
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Knowledge and understanding of recruiting Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Workday and Beamery preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong risk management and compliance skills
Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed above in a hybrid work schedule
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Ability to work outside of regular business hours as needed
