What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise a team of Recruiting Supervisors responsible for managing hiring teams
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members
- Collaborate with Corporate Talent Acquisition to attract and evaluate candidates
- Maintain and track hiring trends and compliance
- Evaluate resumes, applications, and hiring documentation
- Coordinate hiring activity coverage
- Meet key metrics and provide status updates to leadership
- Provide support and guidance to plant leadership on staffing and HR compliance needs
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of 2 years of experience hiring hourly staff
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a team
- Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written
